Open the document in a new window

Opening a document in a new window lets you open a second
Document Viewer
window, alongside your main
Document Viewer
window. You can go to a different page on the second window and use it to compare it with the page in your main
Document Viewer
window.
To open a source document in the second
Document Viewer
window, select
Open in New Window
on the
View
menu.
You can also select the
Open in New Window
icon on the toolbar.
A new
Document Viewer
window will open.
If you select the
icon a fourth time, you get the following message.
You can drag the
Document Viewer
window to a different monitor.
You can use the navigation area on the new
Document Viewer
window to change the source document on the new window.
You can also add sticky notes, select, cross-references, stamps, and notes on the source document images.
If you need additional space on your screen, select the
Expand
/
Collapse
icon to show or hide the
THUMBNAIL
and
ANNOTATE
panels.
You can also resize the width for
THUMBNAIL
and
ANNOTATE
panels as needed.
