Error: Rejected due to account problem

Rejected due to account problems.
This happens when you e-file on a PRP basis with invalid payment information or no pre-paid funds for the transaction.

Solution

Make sure you enter a valid payment method. Go to the My Account page and update your payment information for PRP/ELF transactions.
To prevent this error, make sure your payment information is up to date. Also, make sure you add funds to a prepaid balance during normal business hours. You won't be able to e-fil until you've entered a valid method of payment.
