Print Bank Account Verification worksheet

The
Bank Account Verification
worksheet provides bank account information and a signature line for the taxpayer and, if applicable, the spouse to verify their account information. You can view the
Bank Account Verification
worksheet for a client's return in
Form
view in the
BankVrfy
folder.
note
  • UltraTax CS doesn't enable printing this worksheet by default.
  • If the
    Taxpayer verified all bank information by
    field is complete on the
    Bank
    screen, the
    Bank Account Verification
    worksheet isn’t needed and won’t print.
To print the worksheet, do the following:
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    1040 Individual
    , then the
    Federal
    tab.
  2. Select the
    Other Return Options
    button.
  3. Select the
    Other
    tab.
  4. Select the
    Print Bank Account Verification
    checkbox.
    note
    To include the direct deposit and/or direct debit amounts on the worksheet, also select the
    Include direct deposit/direct debit amounts
    checkbox. This checkbox is enabled only if you select the
    Print Bank Account Verification
    checkbox.
  5. Select
    OK
    to close the
    Other Return Options
    window.
  6. Select
    OK
    to close the
    1040 Product Information
    window.
