Attach Forms IT-QEE-SS01 and IT-QEE-TP2
Form IT-QEE-TP2 is available in the
Non-Calculating
folder of the GA input screens. UltraTax CS includes this form in both paper and electronic returns. Form IT-QEE-SS01 isn't available because the student scholarship organization needs to complete it. You can still file the return electronically without Form IT-QEE-SS01 per the GA ELF Handbook.
