Allocate excess deductions in final year of estate or trust

To allocate the excess deductions equally among all first-tier beneficiaries:

Go to the

Allocate

screen in the Allocation
folder.

Mark the First-tier beneficiaries: Allocate all items, except capital gains, equally
checkbox.

To enter each beneficiary's allocation of excess deductions:

Select View
, then Beneficiary Information
.

Select the Federal
tab.

Enter each allocation in Income distributions required percent
.
