- Form 2439 - Notice to Shareholder of Undistributed Long-Term Capital GainsnoteIf you file Form 2439 with the return, it needs to be in XML format. You can file Form 2439 as a PDF if it's filed from a 3rd party.
- Form 2553 - Election by a Small Business CorporationnoteYou need to name and describe the PDF file asForm 2553. See Filing Requirements for Filing Status Change for more information.
