Schedule I (Form 1118) with an S Corporation return
Based on the Schedule K-2 (Form 1120-S) instructions, the S Corporation will need to attach a completed Schedule I (Form 1118) to Schedule K-2 if the corporation has foreign oil and gas taxes. The shareholder's share of the amounts on Schedule I (Form 1118) will need to be attached to Schedule K-3.
