Electronically file Schedules MB and SB

Schedules MB and SB aren't included in the electronic file due to signature requirements. To electronically file Schedules MB and SB with Form 5500, the schedule needs to be attached to the return as a PDF document.
Follow the steps below to attach the appropriate schedule.
  1. Complete data entry in the input screens in the
    Actuary
    folder.
  2. Print the appropriate schedule and if required, have it signed by the actuary.
  3. Scan and attach the appropriate schedule to the electronic file as a PDF document.
    note
    In the
    Add Electronic Filing Attachment
    window, select the title that pertains to the completed portion of the schedule from the
    Attachment title
    dropdown. For example, select
    Schedule MB and SB: Statement by Enrolled Agent
    if this section of the schedule is completed.
