Search for TP or SP date of birth before December 31, 1946

When you perform a Data Mining search for clients with a date of birth before 1946, the results include all clients that were and weren't born before 1946.

To fix this, change the search to TP date of birth between 01/01/1900 and 12/31/1945
AND/OR SP date of birth between 01/01/1900 and 12/31/1945
