52/53 week year end

Per IRC Regulation 1.441-2(a)(2), in the case of a taxable year that always ends on the same day of the week, and the taxable year also falls within a calendar month, the year always ends within the same month. The taxable year can sometimes end either on the last day of the month or up to 6 days before the month's end.
In cases where a taxable year always ends on the same day of the week, and this specific day falls closest to the last day of the calendar month, the taxable year may end on the last day of the month or within a window of 3 days before or 3 days after the last day of the month.
