Prior-year FinCEN Form 114 can be e-filed using the matching year of UltraTax CS. For example, if a
2022
FinCEN Form 114 needs to be e-filed in the 2024
tax year, you can use 2022
UltraTax CS to enter Form 114 information (including late filing reason if applicable) and transmit electronically via CS Connect.For tax years 2012 and prior, the taxpayer will have to file Form 114 electronically using the BSA E-filing system.
