delivery optionsFollow these steps to select an

and mass re-assign client delivery methods.- SelectSetup, thenClient Communicationsfor individual clients. For multiple clients, selectUtilities, thenReassign Clients.
- Select an option from the dropdown list in theOrganizer Deliverycolumn:
- Paper: Create a printed clientOrganizerthat you can send to your client via postal mail. The client then completes theOrganizerby hand and mails or faxes it back to your firm.
- Email (PDF): Send a clientOrganizerin Portable Document Format (PDF) to your client as an attachment to an email message. The client can complete theOrganizerby hand and can then return the completedOrganizerby postal mail, fax, or email attachment.
- File (PDF): Create a clientOrganizerin PDF and store it in a specified location. You can then provide this file to your clients via any file storage medium, such as a USB drive, CD-ROM, or any cloud-based platform.
- Web: Send a web-based clientOrganizervia a secureNetClient CSportal. Your client accesses theWeb Organizerusing a link and password that you provide via an automated email message fromUltraTax CS. The client can then enter the appropriate information in theWeb Organizerforms and attach additional files, if needed. After the client submits the completedOrganizer, you can retrieve theWeb Organizerdata and import it into the client's return inUltraTax CS.
- Web - Print Only: Create a clientOrganizerin PDF to provide to your client viaNetClient CS. This option is not available if you useOnvio Client Centerportals.
- None: Disable theOrganizerdelivery altogether.
noteWhen printing one client at a time, you can override delivery preferences in thePrint Organizerswindow. When printing items for multiple clients,UltraTax CSprocesses each organizer according to the individual delivery preference selected in theClient Communicationswindow.
