Web Organizer setup

The
NetClient Organizer Options
and
Web Delivery Options
windows are the 2 areas you can set preferences for Web Organizers.
The
NetClient Organizer Options
window is where you can choose to:
  • include the Web Questionnaire
  • include cover letter text in the email greeting
  • remove the ability for clients to add new data entry screens for activities (such as W-2s)
  • remove the ability for clients to send the organizer back more than once
You can get to this window by going to
Setup
1040 Individual
Organizer
tab and select
Options
.
The
Web Delivery Options
window is where you can:
  • enable email notifications to clients when you've sent them a Web Organizer
  • choose what email address you want those emails to come from
  • enable blind carbon copies (BCC) to your firm
  • direct your clients to access their Web Organizers through your website instead of Thomson Reuters'
  • enable email notifications for your firm when a client sends back a completed Web Organizer
