Add a watermark to a client's return

You can add a watermark to your client's return. The transparent watermark will be applied to printed pages and to electronic delivery methods (email, PDF, and web). The watermarks setting will apply to all clients, entities, and UltraTax CS users.
To create a watermark, follow these steps.
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Office Configuration
    , then
    Print Options
    .
  2. Select
    Watermarks
    to open the
    Watermark Options
    window.
  3. Select
    Add
    .
  4. In the
    Watermark
    field, type the text you want to use for the watermark. Watermark text is case-sensitive.
  5. Select a
    Font Size
    ,
    Font Color
    , and
    Position on page
    .
  6. Using the radio buttons, select the collation where you want to use the watermark.
  7. Select
    Enter
    .
  8. Select
    OK
    in the
    Watermark Options
    window.
  9. Select
    OK
    in the
    Office Configuration
    window.
  10. Select
    File
    , then
    Print Returns
    to print the collations of the return you want. In this window, note that the watermark text that will print with a given collation is shown next to that collation. If you'd like to bypass the default watermarks at print time, select
    Watermark
    to select which watermarks to stamp in the current print job.
