Customize the print collation for shareholder, partner, beneficiary, and participant packages

When printing 1120S, 1065, 1041, or 5500 returns you can customize the print collation for the shareholder, partner, beneficiary, or participant like you would customize the collation for the return itself. You can even set different government, client, and preparer collations.
  1. From the
    Setup
     menu, select
    1120 Corporation
    ,
    1065 Partnership
    ,
    1041 Fiduciary
    , or
    550 Benefit Plans
    .
  2. Select
    Federal
     or
    State
    .
  3. Select
    Tax Return
    .
  4. In the Focus group box, select the
    Shareholder Package
    , 
    Partner Package
    ,
    Bene Package
     or
    Participant Package
    .
  5. Select the
    Government
    ,
    Client
    , or
    Preparer
     tab, depending on which collation you want to edit.
  6. By default, each form is selected to print if required. To exclude an item from ever printing, select the item in the list, then select
    Never
     in the Print conditions group box.
  7. The items are listed in the order that they’ll print. To change the print order, select an item in the list, then select
    Move Up
     or
    Move Down
     to move the item up or down in the list.
  8. Select
    OK
