Set up and print a folder insert

To set up and print a separate folder insert in UltraTax CS, complete the following steps.
  1. Select
    Setup
    , then
    Office Configuration
    and select the
    Print Options
    tab.
  2. Select the
    Mailing Slipsheets
    button.
  3. In the Slipsheet Format group box, select
    Landscape
    .
  4. Select the
    Tax Return Cover
    and/or
    Organizer Cover
    in the Portrait Folder Insert group box.
  5. For the folder insert to print with the return or client organizer, add it to your return print collation by selecting 
    Setup
    ,
    1040 Individual
    , then
    Organizer
     (or an entity), then select the
    Tax Return
    button. Find the
    Folder Insert
    in the list for the appropriate copy, then mark the
    As Required
    option for the print condition.
