Determine why the converted client isn't available to proforma

Converted clients may be missing from the
Proforma
window for several reasons. To determine why your particular client is missing from the list, check the following.
Check the client data
If the client is marked as final, deceased, suppressed from proforma, or you don't have access to your prior tax software, restore the client in the equivalent year of UltraTax CS and unmark the option with the client.
  • Refer to your conversion kit for instructions on how to restore the converted data into the prior year of UltraTax CS.
  • Refer to Clients missing during Proforma for steps in the prior year of UltraTax CS to verify the proforma isn't suppressed.
