Resolve "User is currently running the Proforma process" error

When trying to proforma your UltraTax CS data from one year to the next, you may encounter this proforma error. This occurs when more than one person is trying to proforma.
The person referenced in the error will either have to close the application or complete their proforma process. If that user isn't in the proforma window, do the following:
  1. Delete the user's proforma locks.
  2. If the user's lock wasn't listed, manually delete the Proforma Lock file.
