Install and Uninstall Citrix

Uninstall Citrix Workspace and the FileCabinet CS Virtual Office print driver

Follow these steps to uninstall Citrix Workspace and the FileCabinet CS Virtual Office print driver.
  1. Open the Control Panel and select
    Uninstall a program
    .
  2. Select
    FileCabinet CS Virtual Office Print Driver
     in the list of applications, then
    Uninstall
    .
  3. Select
    VO Citrix version 14.1.0.0
     in the list of applications, then
    Uninstall
    .
  4. Select
    Citrix Workspace
     in the list of applications, then
    Uninstall
    .
  5. Stop the print spooler:
    1. Open the Windows Start menu and search for
      Administrative Tools
      .
    2. Select
      Services
      .
    3. Find the
      Print Spooler
       in the list of services.
    4. Right-click the
      Print Spooler
       and select
      Stop
      .
  6. Go to
    C:\Windows\System32\Spool\prtprocs\w32x86\
     in a 32-bit systems, and
    C:\Windows\System32\Spool\prtprocs\x64
     in a 64-bit system, and delete the following files:
    1. csintprt.dll
    2. csintprt.pdb
  7. Right-click
    Print Spooler
     in the list of services, and select
    Start
    .
  8. Delete the following folders, if they exist.
    1. C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix
    2. C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Local\Citrix
    3. C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Local\ICAClient
    4. C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Roaming\Citrix
    5. C:\Users\<userID>\AppData\Roaming\ICAClient
  9. Restart your computer.
