Error 2312: The ICA Client received a corrupt ICA File

Scenario

You may get the following error message when trying to open CBS ASP or any Virtual Office CS application.
Error message
2312 - The ICA Client received a corrupt ICA File. The ICA File has no [ApplicationServer] section.

Solution

Try the following to resolve:
  • Delete temporary internet files.
  • Delete cookies.
  • Delete your browser history.
You can access the functionality to delete these items by opening Microsoft Edge and selecting
