Troubleshoot black screen when opening applications on Virtual Office CS or SaaS

If you open an application on Virtual Office CS or SaaS you may get a blank black screen. If you do, close all applications and use the Log Off Applications utility. See Using the Log Off Applications utility for instructions. The next time you open the applications you shouldn't get a black screen.
If you're still experiencing this issue, follow these steps.
  1. Right-click on your desktop.
  2. Select
    Display Settings
    .
  3. Make sure that each monitor has the same setting selected for the
    Change the size of text, apps, and other items
    dropdown menu.
  4. Restart your computer and try to open the applications again.
If you're still experiencing this issue after using the Log off Applications utility, try to clear locks using VisionApp.
