The file that I sent to the Document Presentation module doesn't appear when I sign in to NetStaff CS. What should I do?

  1. Open FileCabinet CS, go to the drawer, select the NetClient CS folder.
  2. Select
    Force Retransfer

    File

    NetClient CS
    , select the drawer, then
    Connect

How do I delete a client and their files from Document Presentation?

Why does it take so long to send documents through CS Connect?

The duration of file transfers depends on the size of the files and the speed of your internet connection. Transfer files early in the morning or late in the evening to avoid heavy volumes of internet traffic that might affect your internet service provider. If you connect to the internet through a modem, consider upgrading to a DSL, cable modem, or T1 connection.

In the NetClient CS window in FileCabinet CS, what is the difference between the Changed, Unchanged, and Forced statuses?

Description
Changed
This status displays for drawers that have never been sent to Document Presentation or for drawers that contain files that haven’t yet been sent to Document Presentation.
Unchanged
This status displays for drawers that haven’t changed since the drawers were last sent to Document Presentation.
Forced
This status displays when you forced a document to be retransmitted the last time you sent files to Document Presentation.

Who can access the drawers I sent to Document Presentation?

Only NetClient CS users and NetStaff CS users who have permission to view Document Presentation files can view the files you send.

Why can’t my client open a PDF document through his portal that I can open through my own portal?

Your client may have an outdated version of Adobe Reader installed. To check the version, open Adobe Reader and select

. NetClient CS users and NetStaff CS users should have Adobe Reader version 7.0 or later installed.
