The mobile apps require an Internet connection

You'll need an active Internet connection to use all features of the mobile applications.
If the application isn't online, you may receive any of the following error messages:
Cannot connect to the myPay server.
No Network Connection - Turn Off Airplane Mode or Use Wi-Fi to Access Data.
Error - Download failed: Unknown host.
You must connect to a Wi-Fi or cellular data network to access the MyPay server.
Error - java.netUnknownHostException: Unable to resolve "secure.netlinksolution.com": No address associated with hostname.
Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network and you've turned off airplane mode if you receive any of these errors.
Some devices or versions of iOS won't show this message and could crash.
