Set up NetClient CS

Available NetClient CS modules

The following modules are available for NetClient CS.
  • Account Aggregation
    : NetClient CS users and NetStaff CS users can view personal finance information through their portals.
  • Document Presentation
     (free): Gives NetClient CS users secure, static PDF files of documents such as tax returns, financial statement, and payroll reports. You can also give NetStaff CS users access to NetClient CS users' Document presentation files.
  • Employee Self-Service
    : Your clients' employees can view their check stubs, W-2s, and W-4 information, and enter their own time through Employee Self-Service.
  • File Exchange
     (free): NetStaff CS users and NetClient CS users can exchange files in a safe environment.
  • Links
     (free): Give links to useful websites to NetClient CS users. NetClient CS users can add their own links to the module.
  • News
     (free): Helps your firm communicate news to NetClient CS users.
  • Remove Check Printing
    : With the necessary application licenses, your firm can prepare payroll and vendor checks and send a PDF file of check images for a NetClient CS user to print.
  • Remote Payroll Entry with Accounting CS
    : After you export timesheet information from Accounting CS to NetClient CS, a payroll administrator at the client site can enter time for employees.
  • Settings
    : Shifts, ActiveSync, and Microsoft Exchange (the firm will only see this setting if they are licensed for VO-Exchange).
  • Virtual Client Office
    : Gives NetClient CS users remote access to FileCabinet CS and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word).
  • Web Organizer
    : You can send organizers to your clients through a private NetClient CS web portal that requires a password to access.
