Modify user access to modules

Follow these steps to modify NetClient CS user access to modules.
  1. In the
    Admin
    tab of the navigation pane, select
    Users
    in the NetClient CS section.
  2. Select the user in the Users list.
  3. In the Permissions section of the Users screen, select
    Enable
    for the modules that the NetClient CS user needs to access. Select
    Disable
    for modules that the NetClient CS user doesn't need to access.
  4. For most modules, a permissions window opens when you select
    Enable
    . Select the name of the module to learn about the permissions settings.
    • Document Presentation
    • File Exchange
    • Links
    • News
    • Remote Payroll & Check Printing (ACS)
    • Virtual Client Office (CS) (Includes FileCabinet CS and Microsoft Office applications)
    • Virtual Client Office (RN)
    • Employee Self-Service
  5. Select
