Assign applications and modules to NetStaff CS users

Enable modules and applications on a person-by-person basis, or you can give a group of people access to modules or applications. Follow these steps to enable modules and applications on a person-by-person basis.
  1. Select
    Administration
    .
  2. Select
    Users
    in the NetStaff CS section.
  3. Find the staff member in the
    Users
    column.
  4. In the
    Permissions
    section, select
    Enable
    to give the staff member access to that module.
  5. To enable the Virtual Office CS applications, select
    Enable
    next to
    Virtual Office CS
    , mark the checkboxes, and select
    Enter
    to save the changes.
  6. To give the current user permission to edit the content of a
    News
    or
    Links
    module, select
    Enable
    . Make sure you mark the
    Edit
    checkbox for any private
    Links
    modules this person will access.
  7. When you're done, select
    Enter
    . Any modules you enabled will be available to the current user the next time you signs in to NetStaff CS.
