Change the default portal administrator account for NetStaff CS

Before this change can be approved, the current portal administrator can grant administrative permissions to any NetStaff CS user. If your firm is not using Microsoft Exchange and has the login and password information for the current firm administrator account, you can log in and edit the account information. If your firm is using Microsoft Exchange, written permission with the following items requesting this change needs to be sent to Support.
  • On company letterhead
  • Firm ID
  • The portal login for the current portal administrator
  • The portal login for the user that will become the new portal administrator
  • Signed by the current NetFirm CS Licensee
