Unlock an account

NetFirm CS allows up to 10 unsuccessful login attempts before locking the account. An email is sent to the account holder which provides a link to unlock. To unlock the account, follow the link in the email or allow 24 hours for the account to unlock on its own. If you don't receive the email to unlock your account or it remains locked after 24 hours, contact support.
