Configure a send-only account in Microsoft Outlook for Virtual Office or SaaS

If you don't have a Microsoft Exchange account on Virtual Office CS/SaaS and don't want to use Outlook on Virtual Office CS/SaaS to receive emails, you can configure a POP3 account as a send-only account. This will let you send emails out of the applications you use in Virtual Office CS/SaaS without receiving emails in Outlook on Virtual Office CS/SaaS.
  1. Open the
    Send / Receive
    tab in Outlook.
  2. Choose
    Send/Receive Groups
    , then
    Define Send/Receive Groups
    .
  3. Select
    All Accounts
    , then
    Edit
    .
  4. Choose the account and unmark
    Receive mail items
    in the Account Options section.
