Distribution groups on Microsoft Exchange for Virtual Office CS or SaaS

If you use Microsoft Exchange services on Virtual Office CS or SaaS, you can use distribution groups to allow for multiple people to receive e-mail using a common address.
Distribution group addresses must be unique and not currently used by someone in your office with a NetStaff CS account. If the address is in use, remove the address from the NetStaff CS user.
Contact Web Services support to create or modify a distribution group. You'll need to provide the name of your distribution group and the list of individuals you want to add or remove.
Requests to create and/or update distribution lists typically take 1 to 2 business days once the support representative submits the request to the Administration team.
