Use Mailbox Cleanup to archive emails

Microsoft Office Outlook offers an AutoArchive feature, which lets you to create automatic backup of emails that meet certain criteria. This feature is not available on Virtual Office CS or SaaS since automatic data backups are created on a nightly basis for all hosted applications including Microsoft Outlook data.
If you want to move your email messages that meet certain date criteria to a separate location, create a separate Personal Folder (archive PST) and use the Mailbox Cleanup feature of Microsoft Outlook to move email messages from the active mailbox to an archived area.
Follow these steps to move emails older than 60 days from your inbox into your Work Archive Email folder (PST).
  1. In Microsoft Outlook, create a
    Work Archive Email
    PST folder.
  2. On a weekly or monthly basis, filter your email list in your inbox to display only email messages older than 60 days by selecting
    File
    ,
    Info
    ,
    Cleanup Tools
    , then
    Mailbox Cleanup
    .
  3. Once the Microsoft Outlook locates all email messages that meet the criteria specified, copy and paste the email messages by dragging selected items to your
    Work Archive Email
    folder.
