Edit notification templates and delivery methods

You can edit the message and change the delivery method for most notifications sent by NetFirm CS. If you choose
Email
delivery, you can make further changes.
  1. On the
    Admin
    tab of the Navigation pane, select
    Templates
    from the Utilities section.
  2. From the list of Notification Templates, select a category then a notification.
  3. Choose how to send notifications:
    • Email
      — sends to the
      Email Address
      on the NetClient CS or NetFirm CS
      Users
      screen.
    • Direct Message
      — sends to people's
      Messages
      menu and adds an alert.
    • Create a task widget when message is delivered
      — adds the notification to the
      Messages
      menu and to the
      Tasks
      widget on the person's
      Home Dashboard
      .
    • Mobile application push notification
      — sends notifications to people's mobile devices through the NetClient CS mobile app.
  4. If you've set a global
    Sender Name
    and
    Sender Email
    in
    Notification Preferences
    or you've set copy or blind copy addresses:
    • Select
      Yes
      if you want to use the global information in this template.
    • Select
      No
      to enter custom names and addresses instead.
  5. In the Message section, modify the
    Subject
    and
    Body
    .
  6. To add a download link for NetClient CS mobile app, paste the following code in HTML view.

  7. Select
    Enter
    .
  8. Select
    Preview
    to review your changes.
