Enter time

My Time Entry
provides access to a secure timesheet, which you can use to enter the hours you worked during each pay period.
Follow these steps to enter your time.
You can select
Update
at any time to save the information you've entered without leaving the screen.
  1. Select
    My Time Entry
    in the Payroll section of the navigation pane.
  2. In the
    My Time Entry
    screen, select the department and payroll items from the dropdowns.
    note
    If you get a
    View Time Entry
    screen, you don't have an open timesheet and all the information in the screen is read-only.
  3. Enter the hours you worked during the pay period.
  4. Optional:
    Add a direct deposit bank account or edit direct deposit information.
    note
    If the screen doesn't include a Direct Deposit Information section, direct deposit hasn't been enabled for your company, and you can't add or edit direct deposit information.
  5. Optional:
    Enter notes to the Employee Self-Service administrator.
  6. Do 1 of the following:
    • If you're done entering time, select
      Complete Time
      .
    • If you want to save the information you've entered and make additional changes later, select
      Save and Continue Later
      .
