Troubleshoot Virtual Office CS or Virtual Client Office application icons missing from dashboard

Follow these steps if application icons disappeared or are missing from your dashboard.
  1. Select
    Applications
    ,
    Setup
    , then
    Display Hidden Apps
    .
  2. Check the
    Applications
    screen to see if the applications have appeared.
  3. Have your firm administrator verify that permissions are turned on for applications.
  4. Reset the password for the portal. Make sure that the 1st and last characters aren't special characters.
