Use multiple monitors in the Virtual Office CS or SaaS environment

If you usually use a computer that has multiple monitors to access applications that run in the Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment, you might have moved some of the applications to a monitor other than the primary monitor. If you then sign in to your portal from a computer that has only 1 monitor and you try to open applications that you last viewed in a non-primary monitor, you might not be able to see those applications.
The easiest way to avoid this issue is to move applications that run in the Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment to the primary monitor before closing them.
If you don't move the applications to the primary monitor before closing them, follow these steps to access applications that were last opened in a non-primary monitor.
  1. Close all applications running in the Virtual Office CS or Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
  2. Open the application you can't view, and wait for the sign-in process to finish.
  3. Right-click and select
    About
. (The icon is minimized in the notification area next to the Windows taskbar.)
  4. In the About Citrix Workspace window, select
    Advanced
    , then
    Connection Center
    .
  5. Highlight the server name, which displays as a series of letters and numbers, then select
    Full Screen
    .
  6. Use Alt + F to open the File menu, then the left arrow key to open the System menu.
  7. In the System menu, highlight
    Move
    and press Enter.
  8. Press and hold the left arrow key until you can see the application window. When the window is in the correct position, press Enter.
