Web services billing recurring charges

Web services invoices are billed in arrears, meaning we bill for services rendered the month after we provided the service. Billable services are shown in the Permissions section for each user and they're shown in green text and a with dollar sign.
  • You can review the invoice on Tax.TR.com.
  • If you have administrative rights, you can view the invoice, pay the invoice, and review the Billing report in My Account.
  • The Billing report divides the bill into 2 sections:
    • General Services: any services that are a firm-wide fee and aren't linked to only 1 account.
    • User Services:  services enabled per sign-in, and the detail of who has the service is detailed in this report.
For information on each billable service listed on your Billing Report, and instructions to enable and disable various billable modules, see the following charts:

General Services

  • NetClient CS: a secure portal service between you and your clients. You can enable portals directly in a CS Professional Service application or from www.netlinksolution.com.
  • Space Usage: the storage fee is assessed when additional storage space has been used above the allotted amount.
  • Virtual Office CS Archive Storage: used to store older, rarely-used documents in FileCabinet CS to save on data storage fees at a lower cost from regular storage.
