Troubleshoot terminal server problems

Follow these guidelines to troubleshoot problems with CS Professional Suite applications in a terminal server/remote desktop environment.
Users
If the problem happens to 1 user, troubleshoot the user profile. If the problem happens to all users, troubleshoot the installation on the terminal server.
Permissions
If the user isn't signed in to the terminal server console as an administrator, troubleshoot permissions.
LAN workstation
If the problem doesn't happen when the same user runs the application from a LAN computer instead of the terminal server, troubleshoot the installation on the terminal server.
Local administrator
If the problem is solved when you temporarily make a user a local administrator on the terminal server, troubleshoot the permissions for the user.
Other terminal servers
If the problem doesn't happen on other terminal servers, troubleshoot the installation on the terminal server.
