Adjust screen settings

If your computer's text is too large, some parts of the application might look odd. You might:
  • Miss buttons like
    Edit
    ,
    Enter
    , or
    Delete
    .
  • See only part of a text box.
  • See cut-off windows or margins.
  • Have trouble with report borders or printing.
To fix this, set your computer's font size to Smaller - 100%. This will change how all your content looks.

Windows 8.1

  1. Right-click your Desktop and select
    Personalize
    .
  2. Select
    Display
    .
  3. Move the slider to
    Smaller
    or select
    Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays
    .
  4. Select
    Smaller - 100%
    .
  5. Set all your screens to at least 1024 x 1050.
  6. Select
    Apply
    and restart if asked.

Windows 10

  1. Right-click your Desktop and select
    Display Settings
    .
  2. Choose which screen to change (if you have more than 1).
  3. For
    Change size of text, apps, and other items
    , slide all the way to 100%.
  4. Do this for each screen.
  5. Select
    Apply
    or
    Sign out now
    if asked.

Fix hidden buttons

Sometimes, the Print Reports screen hides some buttons. To show them:
  1. Select
    File
    , then
    Print Reports
    .
  2. Find the small, dark blue bar with dots following the report list.
  3. Hover over it until you see a double-headed arrow.
  4. Click and drag up to show all 4 buttons.
