Add a new report, financial statement, or letter

You can use the
New
screen to add a report, financial statement, or letter in the Report Designer.
In the
Report Designer
screen, select
File
then
New
, and choose
Report
,
Financial Statement
, or
Letter
. (You can also right-click a folder in the Reports list tree and choose
New Report
.)
  • File name
    : Enter a unique name for the report. (The application prompts you if you enter a report name that has already been used.)
  • Region name
    : Enter a name for the main region of the report.
  • Number of rows
    : Select the number of rows to include in the main region of the report.
  • Number of columns
    : Select the number of columns to include in the main region of the report.
