Keep data groups together in your reports

When you're working with large reports or financial statements, you might want to keep related information together on the same page. This helps make your reports look more professional and be easier to follow.
Follow these steps to keep data groups together in a report.
  1. Open your report.
  2. Find the group you want to keep together.
    1. Look for numbered buttons in the left margin. These show nested repeating levels.
    2. Select the 1st numbered button in the group.
  3. In the Design Tools frame, go to the Group Properties section.
  4. Mark the
    Do not page break within group
    checkbox.
