 Canada warns you when a point of law in a case or administrative has been undermined because it relies on an overruled or otherwise invalid prior decision.
You'll find the Overruling Risk icon in several places:
  • In search results next to affected cases
  • When viewing a case, next to the name of the affected case
  • Next to paragraphs within cases that are most at risk of having compromised points of law. In addition to the icon, orange brackets will show you the affected paragraphs
