Make the current year figures bold in Accounts Production Advanced

  1. Amend the
    Value
    column style:
    1. Run the report.
    2. Right-click on the turnover in the current year and select
      Edit Style
      , then
      Value column
      from the context menu.
    3. In the
      Edit Style Set
      window, select the
      Font
      tab.
    4. Select
      B
      .
      The Effects box will show the style as
      Columns + Font Style: +bold
      .
    5. Select
      OK
      to return to the report.
  2. Change the font style of the
    Total Rows
    :
    1. Right-click on a
      Total Row
      value that's not in bold in the current year and select
      Edit style
      , then
      Total Row
      from the context menu.
    2. In the report tree of the
      Edit Style Set
      window, select
      Total Rows
      .
    3. Right-click the words
      Total Rows
      , then select
      Revert To Parent Style
      .
    4. Select
      OK
      .
  3. Format the columns that don't need to be bold:
    1. View the report.
    2. Right-click where there's bold that you don't need, then select
      Highlight in report structure
      from the context menu.
    3. In the report structure, right-click over the highlighted template in the report structure, then select
      View
      from the context menu.
    4. Select
      Design
      to view the template into Design mode.
    5. On the report, double-click on the table.
    6. In the
      Design Smart Table
      window, point to the column where you need to remove bold, right-click, and select
      Format
      , then
      Column
      from the context menu. 
    7. In the
      Column Properties
      window,  select
      B
      in the Effects box, then select
      B
      again to remove bold.
    8. Select
      OK
      , then
      OK
      again to return to the report element template.
    9. Select
      Preview
      .
    10. Repeat for each column that you don't want to be bold.
