February 2024 feature updates

Overview

For customers with sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.7.39 will be deployed to sandbox/UAT instances over the 3-4th of February, then production deployment will take place over the 17-18th of February.
For customers without sandbox/UAT instances, Collaborate 5.7.39 will be deployed to production instances over the 10-11th of February.

HighQ Collaborate feature release highlights

February updates bring you easy access to one-click approvals, improved control of form submissions, and chart sorting preferences.
One-click approval in Outlook for streamlined contract management

Ability to set attachments as mandatory field on an iSheets form
  • You can now make an Attachment column mandatory, ensuring iSheet forms are submitted with the required attachment

Performance and security improvements

Files
  • Links in exported PDFs now correctly link to the URL specified in the original document
HighQ Forms
  • HighQ Forms can now follow the currency or number format set by number and calculation columns
Defining chart sorting preferences & Data visualisation performance
As part of our modernisation efforts, the data visualisation panel now uses the iSheet API to retrieve data. Consequently, the incorporation of the following two features is anticipated:
  1. Improvement of the data visualisation panels' performance by up to four times
  2. Administrators can define chart sorting preferences during the chart setup process, rather than relying on iSheet views for sorting. This enhances efficiency in chart configuration, especially when managing multiple charts.
