Return policy for West Publishing vendors
Returns
Get your return pre-authorized by emailing us. Products returns without pre-authorization get recycled. West isn't under obligation to notify you prior to any disposal. Credits aren't given for unauthorized returns, and any remaining balance due on your account is expected to be paid.
Returns for credit must have a copy of the original invoice (or proof of purchase), packing slip, or chargeback invoice (with author, title, quantity, ISBN, invoice number, date, and pricing.

Returns can only be processed for products purchased directly from West.
Returned books must be in resalable condition and can't contain price, ISBN stickers, stampings, highlighting, or damaged pages.
