Tangible Personal Property

If you have a bundled print contract such as a Library Maintenance Agreement, Library Savings Plan, or West Complete you will see a breakdown of charges on your invoice as follows:
  • Books andBound Volumes
  • Newsletters
  • Periodicals
  • Tangible Personal Prop
In order to better define the items on your invoice, we changed the term other to Tangible Personal Property.  Every state has different tax codes for different products.  Tangible Personal Property is a tax code that covers any physical item that doesn’t fit into the books & bound volumes, newsletters, or periodicals categories.
