Unblock your Thomson Reuters Account

If someone repeatedly fails to sign in, your Thomson Reuters Account will be locked and an email will be sent to you with steps to unlock it.
To unlock your account and sign-in to an application or your Thomson Reuters Account, either

    If you don't receive the email, you may need to add access.info@thomsonreuters.com to your email contact list or allowed contacts list.
