Client staff unable to delete or change firm transactions

Follow these steps if a client staff member using Accounting CS Client Access encounters a transaction that can't be modified or deleted.
  1. Select the transaction in the
    Enter Transactions
    screen.
  2. Find
    Source
    in the status bar.
If the
Source
is
Data Entry (Firm)
, then it means that the transaction was entered by your or another staff member of your firm working in the full version of Accounting CS. Client Staff are not allowed to delete or modify transactions entered by your firm. You'll need to delete or modify the transaction at the client's request.
