Fix missing navigation buttons

Follow these steps if you can't see some or all navigation buttons in Accounting CS.
  1. Close Accounting CS completely.
  2. Open File Explorer and go to this folder:
    C:\Users[YourUsername]\AppData\local\Creative Solutions\Application Accounting CS
    (Replace [YourUsername] with your actual Windows username). If you can't find the folder:
    1. Open the Control Panel.
    2. Select
      File Explorer Options
      .
    3. Go to the
      View
      tab.
    4. Mark the
      Show hidden files, folders, and drives
      checkbox.
    5. Select
      Apply
      and
      OK
      .
  3. Find the file named
    ClientSettings.xml
    . Right-click it and rename it to
    ClientSettings.old
    .
  4. Open Accounting CS again and check if you can see all the buttons now.
