Fix if reports are not listed or missing

Do the following if some or all of the reports are missing from the Report List in the Report Designer.
  1. Close the application. If on VO / SaaS, you'll need to contact Support to have this file renamed.
  2. On the affected workstation, using Windows Explorer, go to:
    1. C:\Users\[[username]]\AppData\local\Creative Solutions\Application [[Accounting CS or Workpapers CS]]
      .
  3. Right-click on
    ClientSettings.xml
    and rename to
    ClientSettings.old
    .
  4. Re-open the application and verify the reports are listed for this user.
