About Contract Policy Compliance skill

This skill lets you upload contracts and ask CoCounsel to review the compliance with specific policies.
For example, you can ask whether contracts include a right to injunctive relief as required by a policy. CoCounsel reviews the contracts, identifies relevant clauses, and highlights any conflicts with the specified policies.
In the case of non-compliance, CoCounsel suggest revised clauses and identifies potential risks associated with non-conforming clauses.
This skill also includes a redline feature, giving you the capability to download query results with track changes directly into the Word document for easy acceptance or rejection of modifications without manually copying and pasting.
